Good setting and restaurants and eateries next to the hotel. Situated next to a subway station. Huge and big size room with big bed, a mini bar, central heating, and an iron and ironing board.

Simply nothing to complain about, wonderful stay. Fairly clean property, excellent and cooperative staff. En suite & huge room, a mini bar, central heating, and an iron and ironing board in there. Stunningly beautiful views out over city. Very good service, quiet atmosphere. Not to mention free wifi...

This hotel met expectations! There was a free Wi-Fi. 4-star venue in Istanbul.

Staff were were very patient in guiding us to the city routes.
The room was very small and cigarette smell was coming from the bathroom (no proper ventilation of the bathroom). The AC itself was ok but it was very close to the bed and blowing directly to you making it impossible to use continuously at night.

I had a wonderful stay at this place - the atmosphere was peaceful, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast with a fantastic sea view was amazing.

Free wi fi.
I subscribed the driver service to pick me up at the airport, it was confirmed by e-mail, but the driver was not there! When I finally arrived at the hotel they told me it was full so they arranged another accommodation in a hotel close to it, another 4 stars in theory. I paid the same price for a terrible room (very small, window always open, noisy, no Internet access, broken shower...) The second night I spent at Marmaray was not better: very, very noisy rooms, an impatient receptionist...

Very nice Hotel in the outskirts of the city- can walk to the Bazaar or if you are fit anywhere. Short walk to the tram which goes to the main sites in 10 mins, 4 stops. Rooms were clean, and breakfast was ok.
Rooms were small. Turkish bath expensive-we went else where. Hotel wasn't in a very good area-though didn't feel unsafe.

Excellent view from the restaurant.
The parking that I reserved it was to far away and this was not suitable. When I asked for another pillow, they told me that they were full booked, so they did have this I needed. They charged extra money for the omelet. This is more like 3-star hotel.
